She walk us through the whole process with handled everything very professional, very responsive and always stay on top of everything. She knows the market so well with awesome strategies to make the selling process super smooth. We ran into some problems given that the market was picking back up again and some landlords were not accepting students as tenants, but Vinson kept his patience and professionalism and we just got our offer accepted today. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to present my appreciation to Kitty Ma of Superstars Realty for all efforts she has given to the purchase of my new sweet home in Canada. During outbreak of COVID, I was struck in HK, but luckily with Kitty's help, I successfully completed the entire process without being present physically in Canada.
Kitty acted like my personal planner, arranged everything finely and precisely, and guided me in every step such as giving offers, mortgage, insurances, home inspection, lawyers, utilities, odds and ends. Also it was a surprise to me that Kitty's proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese allows me to communicate with her freely.
