After speaking with three other potential brokers and feeling lukewarm, Brian immediately distinguished himself as being committed to our education and deeper understanding of the process and options. He was amazingly responsive to our questions even before we decided to finalize our relationship, helped us get our pre-approval in order to make offers with confidence, found an excellent rate once our offer was accepted, spent a lot of time going through the agreement page-by-page with us until we understood everything, and then liaised with our lawyer clearly and efficiently in order to help close the transaction. We never felt pressured, ignored, or patronized throughout this crazy process, and believe ourselves deeply fortunate to have made this connection. I can't recommend Brian highly enough.
