Buying a house was complicated for me but after contacted Donovan, the process was simple than what I could have ever imagined. Prior, I had a Broker who was not providing the right advise so I switched to another broker who was Donovan. He spent hours listening and understanding my needs and advise me on the right choice for my mortgage term with the best rate.
