I had such a good workout with Sam! She was a great trainer who gave very clear instructions, she was motivating and always encouraging you to push harder. It was my first time trying boxing and I had so much fun!

I have been boxing training with Sam for the past 6 months. In each weekly training class, Sam is able to tailored a set of working out to suit my fitness level with lots of boxing fun challenges. I notice a significant improvement my physical appearance as well as health level. I actually look forward to each session!

"As a working mom, my days are filled with chores and driving kids to different classes. It is difficult to find a large chunk of time to work out. Sam is totally in tune with my situation and needs, and could customize a program that works for me. She is very creative with her work out routine. So even when she was pushing me to new limits, it was fun. She is warm, patient, and motivating. An hour to 90min of work out with Sam would easily fly by. I never thought I would say a hard workout is enjoyable, but it is. I love the mix of work out exercises plus boxing. Boxing is something new for me, but I am addicted to it already! Sam is very professional and takes healthy living style seriously. Besides fitness, she is knowledgeable about nutrition too - and will inspire you to keep a healthier fitness and eating habit, in a realistic and sustainable way. Sam comes to my home to train. This works out very well for me as a busy mom. Not only does it save me time to travel to a gym (which I am sure will be excuses for skipping some work out days), it also makes me realize I could work out at my own home, even when I have only 20-30min at home. She creates workout β€œhomework”, which I can do on my own at home, or when I travel that fits with my lifestyle and schedule. I started seeing some result after working out for two months with Sam. I highly recommend Sam to anyone who is interested in getting healthier and fitter."

Samantha Chan is simply awesome! She has been personally training me for the last few months and the results are unbelievable. She has helped me work out around my various physical challenges. I have issues with my feet and Sam has not only invested time in studying my condition but creates workouts to help me strengthen them. There are days when I am hurting and can’t stand and Sam gets super creative to keep me off my feet but still make sure I have an intensive workout. Each workout is different than the last, and thus it never gets monotonous or boring. It’s always fun to be doing new things. While she always brings her own exercise equipment, she also encourages using the furniture, stairs, etc. in the house to enable me to workout independently on days I am not training with her. She is so positive, always cheering me on and motivating me to push my limits further each day without killing me (lol). She has helped me in greatly improving my eating habits with diet plans and guidance. Her tiny movement philosophy is so easy and yet so effective. All in all, I can’t recommend her enough and so happy to have found her!

Being a beginner in boxing with very little experience, Samantha tailored my first training class to push me to have a great workout. She taught me the basic concepts providing very clear instructions and throughout it all made it fun at the same time! Highly recommended for those who want to get in shape and have fun time doing it!

Samantha is an awesome personal trainer. She is very encouraging and patient, and finds ways to push you without making it too overwhelming. She is very creative with the workout routines, which makes it fun. I've trained with her at home as well as at her gym. When she comes to my house, she brings all the equipment necessary for the session. She's great with kids too! When we work out as a family, she caters to all ages and fitness level and designs the session to keep everybody moving. It's always fun to work out with Samantha -- and coming from me, that's saying a lot because I'm not someone who likes to work out!
