The trainers truly care about each and every client, always have a smile on their faces, and let you know when you are selling yourself short! I've been a part of the bootcamp classes for years and no workout has ever been alike, EVER!

Trainers are amazing and very knowledgeable, they ensure that you have proper form and push you to achieve your weight loss goals in a positive way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent trainers/coaches. My first day experience was very welcoming and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend, especially if you need that extra push to get you motivated. The classes are well balanced and there is no pressure since you can go at your own pace without being yelled at (lol) if anything they push you to achieve your best. A word of advice, make sure you attend Thursday’s class if you’re sore (it’s a recovery class). Cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trainers and classes are amazing! If you work with a trainer or take the classes, you have someone who is as focused as you are to meet and exceed your goals. They are all great and a nice thing about these guys, they all know your name and make working out a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing. I have been working with these guys for about 4 years now and the results have been fire. Alex and Eman's classes are tough and challenging, but the outcome is exactly what you're looking for. These guys are great mentors. Eman's nutritional coaching has also help me achieve the goals i thought i'd never achieve at this stage in my life. I highly recommend these amazing group of trainers. You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best boot camp I've ever attended. As a beginner, E-man worked with my comfort level and helped me slowly build up my endurance until I reached my goal. The group was supportive and motivating and the whole program was innovative and fun.
I highly recommend this fitness group if you want to start a healthy fitness journey. Overall, I had an amazing experience. Thanks E-man :)
