I usually find it very difficult to adhere to any meal plans but the way he goes about it is really about changing your mindset and helping you build healthy eating habits. He checks in to make sure you are on track with both the workouts and nutrition. He provides great motivation during workouts to make sure you hit your full potential while making them fun!
