โ โ โ โ โ Please stay away from this shop. I got the flooring done for my house. The installer was very unprofessional leaving gaps between tiles. When I claimed to the shop during installation, they refused to take a look or fix. It ended up with patching with fillers everywhere. Please do not waste your money

โ โ โ โ โ Jenny is amazing! Such great customer service. Patient, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. When she realized they didn't have the 800sq ft in the hardwood flooring I liked, she offered up ideas and eased the stress of flooring shopping. I highly recommend Oasis for the quality and service they offer. The prices are pretty good too!

โ โ โ โ โ Crazy bad service. I hope the management saw my comment and contact me back! But i guess they don't care. I bought around $4000 engineer wood from them. After i finish renovation I'm about to refund around $200 overage material where they promise We can refund. We Called in advance to book appointment. After return the product to their warehouse they said two month ago on your invoice We forget to charge you tax! You need to pay me $500 tax. I was like whattt? We pay As a total nobody mention tax and i never heard you ask your customer tax After two month. At the end they said you already got lucky Once, But We can't refund your money.

In the store, George was very professional and gave the advice we needed. The installation team showed up on time and completed the job the same day. The workmanship was of a very high quality. For example, they installed baseboard and toe moldings - they also used caulking to ensure a perfect job. The floor looks great and we are very happy.
