In addition to training sessions on a wide variety of topics all year round, Alex Pilarski's power meetings which run once a month are invaluable. They're timely, relevant and thoughtful. In this business, being up to speed is one of the many keys to success. Plus, we get consistently recognized for our successes which can easily be shared with clients. Their support staff is well trained, extremely helpful, friendly and consistent. In a business where things can move quickly, it's awesome to have such amazing people supporting you!

โ โ โ โ โ Donโt expect to get your deposit back if a deal doesnโt consummate .
They give you excuses like : your money order didnโt clear or we only issue checks three times a week .
They forget you gave them a bank money order which is as good as cash.
These monkeys need to have less clients and be brought back to reality. Theyโve have grown too big and think they can dictate the rules .
Make sure you trust your agent as the brokerage canโt be trusted !!

They give agents advanced tools and excellent environment to grow businesses. There is always a weekly training on sales skills in the HQ, monthly market trend Power Meeting, and many technology and trend training in all its offices. Agents are equipped with most advanced real estate sales and technology skills.
