โ โ โ โ โ I have a 14 year old Sanyo PLV Z4 that wasn't displaying a proper image despite having less than 100 hours on it. Because this place offered a free estimate, I brought out in. Roman was simply excellent. Turns out a board was damaged and replacing it would cost about $500 for parts and labour. I decided to fix it as opposed to buying a new one and I'm glad I did. Great service, great communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I brought him a Sony projector that had a bad control board, and he fixed it, and also told me how to care for it to keep the longevity of the projector. I would feel comfortable bringing any computer or projector to him in the future if it needed repairs. Thanks, Gord Burns

โ โ โ โ โ Simply a professional doing an honest man's business. I needed my Brother printer repaired after trying and failing to DIY. They were quick to respond and were able to provide me with a very reasonable and timely quotation. Provided me with different options and let me make an informed choice as to how I wanted to proceed. In the end, everything got fixed within 24 hours and I was provided with clear advice as to how to minimize the risk of future problems. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

โ โ โ โ โ Roman was great to work with. He is honest and straight to the point. I brought in my home theater projector that had dust in the lens. He was able to clean it in one day. When I picked it, he also provided some advice on maintaining my projector to make it last longer.

โ โ โ โ โ AMAZING! I spoke directly with Roman and he fix my private office printer (only used by me). It only took him 1 day! I really did not want to buy a new printer, because I knew that it will definitely take time to get to learn on how to use it.
Roman really knows how to treat his customers and has great pricing. If you have ANY printer, whether it is a small home printer, a home office printer or a high volume professional printer in your office or ANY scanners, Roman CAN fix it.
The customer service here is for sure #1 and I highly recommend this place. Thank you Roman and Rosebud Technologies!
