β β β β β Picked up a Black Series soft trifold tonneau cover for my GMC Sierra and great quality so far. The warm welcome and exceptional service from Rob with clearing the snow in my box then installing the cover was above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely return for parts when needed. β β β β β The customer service here is next to none. We slightly damaged our back panel and called up Von. He said he might have someone for us. He returned our call and sent a returned tonneau cover that he had in his inventory right away. It showed up within the week and we were all set. Von was incredibly helpful and accommodating, right from our first interaction over the phone. 10/10 customer service, will do all my truck accessory shopping here.

β β β β β The salesman first had in depth conversations with me over messenger to make sure they had the one I needed before I drove from Hamilton. He was there when he said he was going to be, he came out to the parking lot to greet me by name. He directed me to the garage door on the side of the building, he guided me in complimented me on my truck and proceeded to pick the proper tonneau cover for my truck.He installed it in no time at all while showing me how to use the latches on it. I feel I got a great deal and made a friend. Great experience ,worth the drive.

β β β β β I have to say from my first email Von was very prompt in his response. He answered everything I asked. I ended up purchasing a soft top from this company. When I made my appointment it was on a Saturday. I ended up dealing with a gentleman named Rob. Rob was very professional as well as a very nice guy to deal with. He installed top in about 15 minutes and was very careful with my new truck. I am more than happy with the quality of the product as well as the price. Not to mention the great customer service this shop gave me. You guys rock! Thanks for a great experience.

Long story short I made the mistake of ordering Ultra Racing parts from some clowns in Ottawa. After about half a year of waiting I realized they where not gonna deliver. I reach out to the team at Strictly Auto Parts and they made it right. They got me 1 of the parts I ordered and another part of greater value. They didn't even charge me the difference. Gotta love it when companies put customers first. Thanks Guys!!
