First time actually going to a DV location as I normally order online and have it delivered but I was in need of some DIY flavors asap! and while I couldn't go inside due to the current covid restrictions it was a quick and efficient transaction ?

To be fair I like what I got. But I wasn't feeling very helped with information on getting what I wanted. I didn't enjoy the experience. Not helpful much. They gave some advice but I been to other places who were more helpful and friendly for someone who doesn't know much. All this considering there was no one else in the store except us. I wouldnt recommend or go back here. I found somewhere better.

Stopped in here after going to the mall to the apple store down the road. I usually visit the pickering location or order online but the service i had here was top notch. The guy working behind the counter was very helpful even though i just picked up an order, we got talking about different vape stuff and i ended up spending like 15 minutes just chatting. I love the customer service i get every time i shop at dashvapes. Im never let down. Shai is a wonderful owner and built an amazing business from the ground up. The level of customization you get with the liquids is amazing. Always fresh made to order. I 100% recommend this location or any for that matter. And best of all, this store always posts their overstock on the website. The pickering location never posts it. When i ask they always have some behind the counter. Strange. Anyways, great job at this location. They will never let you down. :) Cheers shai and friends at dashvapes

I went in to get some help on a device I recently received as a gift. The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me and explain everything I needed about my device. His customer service was excellent!!

Worst serives and staff i have ever seen this the first time i go there and the last since i entered the store i did not feel good and i was treated badly so i hight don't recomond it to any one. I wish there is less than one star but luckly there is not

I'm so sorry for the owner of this business for letting a low-class, aggressive and bad manner guy work there as a seller. I was looking for a product and went to the store today. From entering the store and the initial greeting the seller's attitude was inappropriate and rude. I asked about a product showing it available in the Markham stock and he, while not looking at me, said we don't have it. When I said why does the website show 4 of them in the stock he answered let's go back and see! Such a shame! He was so rude and aggressive. A word to the manager: Do you really need to show this misbehaving guy as your representative? --------------- UPDATE: Ok! now after the reply of the owner I noticed that the issue is not the seller (Alex). It's the manager! First of all, there was nobody at the place when I was talking to this Alex. So please don't say you were there! Second, I never said he raised his voice! I said he had an attitude from the beginning. He was reluctant to my questions and answered me sarcastically when I asked about the website showing that you have 4 of that specific products in your stock. And finally, there is something they call "customer service skills." As the manager/owner have you ever heard about it? Or just because you have a huge store in Markham and feel like a tycoon you don't need to know about? Not only does the seller know nothing about how to properly treat customers, but also you as a manager are not eager to hear a complaint of a customer. Just only because you were somewhere behind the curtain and heard some words doesn't mean that you were there and hear everything. You haven't either seen his behaviour. Anyway, good luck Mr. Owner. Keep doing your wonderful selling strategy!
