★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three straight summers my condo central A/C broke down. I tried a different company each time to get it fixed; York-Simcoe Refrigeration, BRIM, even the building technician at the military base I serve! Sadly, none of them figured out that there was a leak! Every year, they just topped up the refrigerant, charged me $300-$500 and went on their way leaving me to believe it's been fixed. Only to have it "break" down again the next summer.
Enter Kwame... What a guy... polite, knowledgeable and diligent. He figured out the problem, gave me my options and charged a flat fee. Yes, it did cost me $550 (Diagnostic + Level 3 repair). Which may seem pricey... But it's worth it. Since you can be sure you paid for peace of mind that the work was done right. Don't waste your time and money with anyone else. These guys are the real deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like I lucked out. My old A/C unit was not cooling at all. I gave the Air Plus a call based on their proximity to me and some good reviews. I had an appointment within 2 hours and I then had the unit installed the same day! It's crazy hot this week too:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was straggling with my thankless water tank Rheem company, many times I call Rhem company it was pure hassle, and harassment, but I find on the web site the Air plus, and I called, the same day they came, they contacted to the Rheem company as the Air plus has no parts for the heater, but they harassed the Air plus representatives, they we finally get the parts from Rheem, and I called back the AirPlus services, they came at the same day, it was fast in 10 min they change the part, that's what I called services! , professional and no hassle, I love theirs services, thank you people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Airplus to get my furnace fixed since it was blowing cold heat and let me tell you... the SERVICE from these guys are like no other!! It was AMAZING! The receptionist was very kind and informed me with all the details on when the crew would arrive. The men were very kind and very smart, they helped me understand how my system works.. the furnace and A/C
I would highly recommend this company! Thank you for fixing my furnace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUN! Don't walk away from this company. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee advertised on their web-site is a LIE! Unfortunately, I bought a Trane HVAC System from Airplus that was improperly installed just three years ago. Needed a repair, they charged me north of $400 to fill up the AC unit as it leaked (not typical) Within a month, unit was empty again. Called to fill back up and was advised I would be charged AGAIN! I then contacted the head office of Trane and they advised Airplus is not able to sell their products any longer as the incompetence of owner Roy Secord and GM Michael Bugeja was too much of a liability. Trane will honour OEM warranty and provided a recommended distributor/service partner. I simply asked for my money back, Mikey agreed then the owner Roy Secord said no! I have sent them Registered Letters asking them to honour their word, which they ignored, asking for my refund. In true COWARD form, they did not reply! Not a good, honest, professional, integral way to run a company...unless you're trying to run it into the ground of course. STAY AWAY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents have a flat roof above their garage which was replaced in 2003 by Airplus. 17 years and still no leaks (which is amazing for a flat roof). They also had their regular roof done by Airplus as well.
I used them to replace my roof, and install a new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. 5 years later, still no issues. 5 years isn't much time for anything to break, but they are honest people and the work is good.
They work with you to get only what you need some, and while they are a bit expensive, they don't push for you to get anything more then you need (e.g. they talked me away from tankless as I plan to rebuild the house and I wouldn't save enough to offset the higher initial cost)
When you read their 1 star reviews, look at who wrote the review. Each person had 1 review. I feel envy in the air.
Airplus is really good.
