★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Alliance Energy Source was 5 stars plus. I received a quote from Michelle Franz promptly. Michelle was available to answer all of my questions each time I called. I needed a new air conditioner on the hottest week of the year and Alliance scheduled me in for a new A/C within 48 hours. Mike, the installer arrived precisely on time. The installation was flawless. Both Mike and Michelle were great to work with. Alliance looked after the A/C registration and provided me with a 10 year parts warranty and a 1 year labour warranty. The new A/C is working brilliantly. And, guess what...they were thousands of dollars less expensive that their competitors. I would strongly recommend Alliance Energy Source.

Also Mr. Mike is excellent service person with on spot take action and help beyond expectation. He is very punctual, professional and on time completion of work.
