I'm lucky to know Sarman Air Inc. for a long time. Called and John came the same day. Looked like the adjustment valve that we replaced 2 years ago went bad again due to the aging system (13 years old) John offered to replace it with a new top brand and high capacity system with a reasonable price, and we took it. John and his crew came the following day. They were on time, professional and got the job done just over 2 hours. Hot water was running again for my family. Thank you John. We are very happy with the service and would recommend Sarman Air to anyone who needs GOOD HVAC services.

Then I called John from Sarman Air, he came over immediately, find and replace the faulty part and fix the problem in less than two hours. I really appreciate his help to get back the hot water running. The work was done professionally. I am very satisfied with the service and absolutely will recommend them.

Dealing with John was really easy and a great experience from my initial conversation I had with him, till the very end when the work was completed. From a customer service point of view and quality of work, John is definitely the best out there. If you need any HVAC work done, don't look anywhere else, John is your guy. I got at least 10 quotes from highly recommended HomeStar HVAC companies and Sarman Air was definitely the best for price, quality of work and customer service.

John was able to come by within our timelines to perform this before our new range arrived and also combined a furnace check-up at the same time. He was very thorough and professional doing both. After our new range arrived we realised the gas pipe would not clear the back base of the range and John was able to come out again on short notice to remove the pipe completely. We highly recommend John's services and have found our new go-to person for gas work after our last person retired!
