M	Majid kalanaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In about $45000 job which they did for me, it was all along hostile environment which they kept my project on hold to get paid in advance & any shortage on their side was answered "we take care of it" as you see in the picture when they did not closed the duct in time it got full with insulation by other trade, so quick response was needed which that is not their specialty what is their specialty is how to frame you to get more money while promising they will fix their mistakes & shortage. They have already set up connection with a collection agency to pressure the client and ruin the credit (just over a few hundred dollars in a $45K deal!) , & I found we need to spend money on lawyers to proof their faults. So it safer to stay clear from them which I am glad I did for my couple next projects.

Here are only some of the reasons I would use them again: 1. The end price was exactly what was quoted on the first day, 2. It took exactly the amount of time they predicted and not a moment longer, 3. I work from home, and the workers who installed these things were so quiet I could still attend online meetings without any disruption, 4. The company did some background research and submitted the paper work so I got a significant government rebate. If you want to work with folks who over commit and under-deliver there are lots of companies for you. If, however, you want to work with a professional company that actually delivers on its promises, then use Imperial Energy. If your experience is anything like mine, you'll be more than satisfied.
A	Andre Pereira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trash service, and product. Had a furnace and ac combo installed 5 years ago. Furnace has had blower, gas valve and now needs high limit sensor replaced. Calling for service is exactly this , #1, call and leave message and be told you will have a response within a couple of hours, wait 6 hours, quick text from company that they can come and do it in a few days for a NO HEAT call?!? Likely that most of their positive reviews are doctored up. Nothing but problems from day one. Installing new furnace from a real dealer. Thanks for nothing Imperial Energy and crew!

Imperial was one of the only places that I found that was experienced with cold climate heat pumps. They were honest and didn’t mislead explaining that economically I would not recoup the dollar investment relative to a gas furnace, but understood the strong advantage from a carbon footprint perspective. Most other HVAC companies did not seem educated on why clients might want cold climate heat pumps, and tried to convince me to just get another gas furnace.

From sizing the system, thoroughly answering questions we had, through to installation they were first class professional all the way. This is our second heat pump installation with them (the first was for our home in the city) and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The job required electrical upgrades I obtained at a great price through a firm he recommended. I recommended Imperial to my son who was also very happy with upgrades to his new house.

The installers (Reza & Sam) and the management team (Norm & Bruce) were knowledgeable and very professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that the work was of very high quality and completed on schedule. The temperature is now 4 degrees C outside and my home is warm and comfortable without burning any gas! I encourage anyone reading this review to get a heat pump installed and reduce their home's carbon footprint.
