My furnace started to run into issue which is turned itself off due to overheating end of February. Called Jacky and he showed up next morning. He did some adjustments and also preformed maintaince for the furnace and now it’s all good. Great service with reasonable price.
R	Restful One on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial sale by Jacky was very responsive, Furance unit was installed in a timely fashion by Star Alliance. However, over the years, the unit has had some issues and it has been increasingly hard to get a hold of Star Alliance - it seems that they prefer to do new sales and installation rather than deal with post-sale support and maintenance. The unit is still under warranty and considering the amount of money I spent, I fear I will need to move to another dealer to service a unit sold by Star Alliance.

The price that Star Alliance quoted me was $2,000 cheaper than the quote I got through Costco and from Reliance. My job was a big one, and Jason worked hard all day to get it done, going above and beyond to be sure my system was properly set up and working. I even had a small issue afterwards, and Jason stopped by immediately to check it out. Everyone from Star Alliance did a good job of following COVID-19 safety procedures while in my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Star Alliance. Thank you Star Alliance!

I called a friend who has always been a reliable source for service people. He highly recommended Jacky from Star Alliance. Jacky was so responsive, came out immediately and assessed the situation. He made great recommendations for a new furnace and when I asked him for a brand that I preferred he was able to give me the information I needed. After some discussion with my husband we decided to give Jacky our business. He sent Jason the very next day to replace our furnace. Jason was professional, neat and knowledgeable. We immediately trusted him and he had us warm in no time. It wasn't an easy installation because our furnace room is tiny but he worked hard and did a great job. Very impressive indeed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for top notch professionals who work in a timely manner.

After doing some further research I decided to go with them. The installation team was very professional, knowledgeable and also friendly. The install was done in about 5 hours and they left the workplace in spotless condition. They also did some minor maintenance to my AC, which was appreciated. Happy I went with Star Alliance.

We made one call and within 48 hours we had a appointment to have both replaced. The price was also unbeatable! We called a number of places, even contacted family members in the business and they couldn’t match or beat the price we were given. The day of installation, two technicians came, laid down carpet to protect the floor and cleaned up any mess they made. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the new units! Highly recommend!
