★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had water heater fixed by Lorne from Tropic. He arrived an hour or two after my first call on a Saturday. He fixed my water heater in no time and charged very little. I was relieved and pleased. He was exceptionally personable and polite. We actually had a nice chat while he worked. I would call him again to fix the water heater without hesitation. Good experience.

The salesman, Thomas Lowry, was excellent at giving us all the options and helping us decide on the best unit and location of installation. The installation team were also excellent, doing a clean, seamless job and showing us exactly what they would be doing. We would definitely work with Tropic Air again and recommended them to anyone who needs an air conditioner.

Loren arrived within the hour on this cold Christmas evening! Friendly and efficient, he had our furnace back up and running within 20 minutes. I am a first time home owner and someone from the company came to my house to give an estimate on an a/c unit, the person walked me through the whole installation process and what would be done. When the unit was installed a few days later, the person doing the job was very through and again explained why they had to move my thermostat (to avoid cutting holes in my drywall). I really appreciated the information that was shared. I would strongly recommend first time home owners using Tropic Air!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased our water heater and their prices are competitive. The service is great. We used them again when our AC broke and most places wouldn't arrive for more than a few days. They were able to provide us with same day service. Happy to use Tropic Air again in the future.

Thankfully Tropic Air exceeded my expectations. Service was 5 star in every respect. Angela was my first point of contact and very pleasant to deal with. Loren conducted the service and repair and was able to swiftly diagnosis my issues and propose an adequate solution. Tropic Air was very responsive and efficient. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I would highly recommend this business for any/all problems within their expertise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! Tech Arrived quicker than expected. Amazing service. Our furnace motor wasn’t working and Loren was able to get us a replacement the same night and install it. Do not hesitate to call them! Tech also made a suggestion for my central humidifier and am using them to get it fixed as well. Great work Tropic Air!
