โ โ โ โ โ I had my furnace installed by Eco Star back in 2013 and never had an issue. So when it was time to shop for a new AC I immediately called them. Samuel, in sales, helped walk me through the entire process and provided his professional opinion on what's best for my home. He was quick and responsive in addressing all my questions during and after the installation. The technicians that came to install my AC were professional and punctual. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

โ โ โ โ โ My old AC leaked every time it ran for two hours and cold air did not come out anymore. I discovered Eco Star online and decided to give it a try.
After consulting Andy the service manager, he concluded that my AC's coil was old and it was more practical to replace the AC rather than repairing it. The schedule for installation was absolutely packed since it is summer already but he was able to fit me in the next day.
The two technicians were also extremely professional and helpful, and the procedure went smoothly. It only took two days and I was able to feel the breeze coming from the AC again, 10/10 would recommend Eco Star!

โ โ โ โ โ I'm totally satisfied with the AC installation. Sam is very professional, knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions. The price is lower than other companies. They could even schedule a booking on the same day I purchased the AC. The technician Hans is also professional. He explained clearly to me what he did and provided me tips how to maintain the AC etc. I strongly recommend ECO STAR.

โ โ โ โ โ I lost heat at home suddenly in between of a storm. Sam helped to decide the best furnace with economical price. Great service. He made sure his team install the new furnace in 48hrs. With just one day notice he helped us and saved us in the winter. Installation team was great they were humble and did excellent job. I would recommend to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ After receiving a quote from a local vendor, I went on the manufacturer's website to find another certified licensed company to provide a quote on the exact same unit. I spoke to Sam who provided an apples to apples comparison. To my surprise, Eco Star's Home Services quote was $2000 cheaper!!! Sam was professional, clear and concise and had his team over the next day as promised. The installation team (Hans & colleague) called and actually were able to arrive 4 hours earlier than originally indicated. They explained it would take approximately (2.5 to 3 hours) to install and they delivered. The package includes a 10 year (parts & labour) warranty and manufacturer's rebate which the other vendor was not including. I had a great customer experience with Eco Star and would highly recommend them for you heating and cooling needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Our HVAC system is over 30 years old, called Eco Star. Joseph came by the next day and patiently walked us through all the options. His quote is the most competitive. We ended up upgrading our AC, water tank and furnace all together and qualify for a sizable rebate. we are very happy with the purchase. The installation team was on time and quick with their work. Overall, good experience and would recommend.
