β β β β β Date and time confirmed but did not show. After phone call by us tech rep showed up at 12:21 (Oct. 26) and immediately sent us an email revising the time to 12:21 to protect himself.
We sent an email asking for approval of Mastercard payment and to bring proof of liability insurance. That email was ignored.

β β β β β We love the new AC unit thatβs recommended by them. Itβs quiet and doesnβt take long to cool down the whole house where as the old unit would run all day. I can see itβs much energy efficient. The installation crew were right in time and did a fantastic job. Very tidy and courteous. I would recommend their service to friends and family in a heart beat! Job well done guys!!! Thanks for showing up and rescue us when my AC decided to die on the hottest day this summer!!!

β β β β β Paul checked the system on Thursday night at 8pm and the circuit board of the heating system needed to be replaced under warranty. He came back the next morning, replaced it with a new thermostat. Now, the furnace is like new and I can walk around the house with my shorts on.

β β β β β Paul was exceptional! Great customer service and competent. A different HVAC company we hired couldn't fix our problem for over a month and Paul was able to fix it in less than 2 hours! Highly recommend.

β β β β β Very pleased with Service Express from their responsiveness and professionalism we received. The first call they were able to get the old (24 years) furnace running again so that we had heat and scheduled replacement for the next day. Installers were great and made sure everything was clean before leaving. Again very please with Service Express and would highly recommend them.

He managed to fix both bathroom fan issues at 2 of our parents condos in a timely manner and very reasonable costs. Great work!!

β β β β β I called Service Express in the morning to have someone come check our condo fan coil, which had stopped producing heat. Scheduling was easy, through text, and technicians arrived in the afternoon. They returned the following afternoon to install a new actuator. Everything was very professional, service appointment windows were reasonable (2 hours) and I will definitely reach out to them for any future HVAC concerns.
