★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace failed on the coldest day of the year it was -25C!!! Tim was responsive and understanding. He was able to dispatch his team for a complete furnace replacement on a Sunday!! That’s quite unheard of, the level of SERVICE, PRICE and PROFESSIONALISM was UNPARALLEL. Hargrave HVAC truly saved our family from an unfortunate and difficult circumstance and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I’ve consistently had excellent experiences especially with Kevin the technician. The technician Kevin is highly skilled and very professional and courteous. Happy with their work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My furnace was failing apart recently and had to call a few HVAC vendors for replacement, Hargrave responded immediately and sent a technician within 30 mins, provided a detailed quote and arranged for installation, everything was done pretty smoothly at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Hargrave to anyone, very satisfied with what they have been providing. Now, I will need to replace my AC unit too, will go with them for sure.

The installation went well and they also cleaned up my place nicely. Warranty registration was done right after installation. It was a happy experience dealing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words cannot describe the level of customer service provided by Tim. My Furnace broke down and was no longer working and there was an extreme cold weather alert. Tim came up clutch, provided us with a brand new furnace and installation was done very quickly. All this was done on a Sunday. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and very nice. They took out the existing furnace and installed the new one in about 3 hours, they also installed and setup a new thermostat. I would definitely recommend to go with Tim for all your HVAC needs. A+++ customer service and work done.

My 30 year old unit was repaired and is running perfectly in less than 30 minutes with the replacement of one part. No pressure tactics, no push to replace or upgrade just simple high quality service and professionalism by both management and the technician. Definitely reccommend Hargrave and will switch my service plans immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace broke down on one of the coldest winter days and Tim was extremely helpful, understanding, and accommodating. He managed to send his team on a Sunday to replace our entire furnace at an affordable price. The technicians came earlier than scheduled and were so efficient in replacing the furnace. Not only were they extremely professional, they were so polite and expressed how happy it made them to help us from freezing in this insane weather! We are so thankful for Tim and his team and are now warm and cozy in our home. We’ll be looking to Tim for our future needs and will recommend him to others. Thank you very, very much!

He gave an honest and thorough recommendation of next steps and was able to set the process up for a new AC unit installation quickly. Janice and the rest of the Hargrave team have been great to deal with; prompt, polite and very genuine in their customer service. We've had Steven come back to assess another property after our great first experience.
