β β β β β Great online training class. With a combination of cardio and strength training/HIIT session, the instructor makes the class very interactive and motivating. The moves are combined with small breaks. Each day we have something new to try on. Also, the zoom meeting allows us to train together. A class size of 10-12 is perfect. While we enjoy the class energy, the instructor is able to look at each one of us and correct our posture.
The incentive 2-week program (attend 12 session get full money back) also helped me develop a consistent good habit of exercising during the quarantine period. I highly recommend

β β β β β I have joined previous virtual workout courses in the past, however what made ReformFIT different from the rest was that they had a much higher intensity level, which was very effective, and allowed everyone to push their own limits. The instructors were very professional, and they were very timely, with strict 10 second breaks between reps, which allowed us to reap the maximum benefits of the workout. The whole session covered every aspect of the body, and the workouts were very evenly distributed. Would highly reccomend.

β β β β β Absolutely help me rebuild my health!!! I love the group training session with passionate coaches and buddies and vibe music.
I usually burn 450calories or more for an hour session, which is super efficient for busy work and home life.
Love it and recommend to those who are busy with work and family and have limited time to work out.

β β β β β Highly recommend this training club. Friendly staffs and nice instructors. I got motivated by their training program. They provide sanitizer and cleaning spray at each station. Canβt wait to see my result in 3 months.
