I got a new GS65 Stealth Thin 8RE laptop. It happened that all parts broke down within two years (fan, touch-pad, battery and finally the motherboard). Nevertheless, the RMA service and the guys at the Markham Service Centre were always, ALWAYS, super helpful and nice. They are the best. Thanks guys. AM.

I had 5 Optix G241 144hz monitors from MSI which all had terrible backlight bleeding. I sent my 5th one for RMA to have the backlight bleed fixed. As soon as it arrived there, I was told they could not fix it after a MONTH of waiting. Backlight bleeding is not a complicated issue to fix, I was surprised the MSI RMA Department doesn't know how to fix their own monitors. The only good thing was the monitor was shipped back to me fast. MSI has to step up the quality control on their monitors. All 5 monitors with backlight bleeding is a serious manufacturing issue. I was told by the manufacturer that is is "acceptable". I have a few Dell monitors from 2012 that have absolutely no backlight bleeding and still work perfectly. Its not acceptable, its your fault MSI.

Worst gpu company, worst repair service, ive ever seen. brand new out of box 3070 Ventus 3x OC, works at a significantly reduced framerate to comparable ev3a 3070 card. MSI card broke in a month. company will not replace or upgrade to a functional model, only refurbish. Lost hundreds in resale value from their bad manufacturing and rma practices. The service center is intentionally hard to contact. Sent in card 18 days ago, They recieved the next day, and yet I have recieved not a single email update saying they recieved my important 1000 dollar item! I confirmed myself, on their convoluted rediculous mess of a website system, that they did indeed recieve it the next day. So theyve done nothing for over 2 weeks so far. meanwhile im still paying my credit card for the graphics card i dont have. meanwhile my card has lost an insane amount of personal and resale value. Msi should be replacing my card with a new better card the moment they recieved my defective unit. this kind of service does not belong in canada and we need to stand up against msi and their products by not supporting them. Edit - Update; After a month with absolutely no news and no response, ignored phone calls and emailing every manager i could find an email for. i got an email from "james yu" offering me msrp for the card,( less than i paid) even though cards appreciated greatly and sold out worldwide. I was told they had no more 3070 cards to replace my defective one for months. Why is this company selling gpus with warranties which they have no replacements for? And even if i got a replacement, msi only offers refurbished gpus. And to top it off, they didnt have the parts to refurbish mine, either.. So in conclusion i took the msrp cheque to just clear my hands of msi and their shady practices. Meanwhile my pc now has no gpu and to replace it would cost double or triple with the scalping situation.. But it was worth it to get my money out of the hands of msi. Shady company. Buy american.

I shipped my laptop here to have a squealing fan replaced. I shipped from Calgary on a Friday, they received on the Monday, and had it repaired and shipped back to me by Tuesday. Total time from shipping out to receiving back, less than one week. They even fixed the physical damage I caused by opening the laptop up and trying to fix it myself, no charge. All this at the height of the COVID crisis - I thought I was going to have to buy another laptop to get me through a research project this summer. Amazing service - thank you!

they took less than 24 hours to fix my laptop hinge. Plus, they replace the left ALT key keyboard which was missing at the time of delivery for FREE without even asking for it. The device came cleaned and in a like new new state. If I can offer more thna 5 stars, I would!

This location is excellent customers service, no time wasted. My laptop was broken hinges shipped on Thursday, they received it and fixed it right way. They shipped back to me on Friday. Absolutely there’s no time wasted. Keep it up! Thank you for taking care customers like me.

Terrible Online Support. Phone Support is fair but communication between departments... Terrible. It seems there are no Authorized repair shops and products must be shipped to MSI for repair. Upgrading Ram or Drive requires voiding warrenty on most laptops I'll not buy MSI again

Huge shoutout to Ken L. and James Y. Canada Computers didn't have a replacement LGA1700 bracket in stock for a MAG Coreliquid 360R. The one that they provided had a defect on one of the mounting posts which was causing uneven pressure and thus providing suboptimal cooling on my 12700K. Reached out to MSI and was handled by Ken and James. After some information gathering they shipped out a replacement bracket right away! Awesome customer service. Super quick communication from both employees. Now my 12700k runs so much cooler under load! Thank you both!
