★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipping is super fast. Also fast to pick up as well. Products are great, never had a wrong order. I order glucose, infusion sets, cartridges and the skin prep wipes repeatedly and it's great. Lots of variety with infusion sets and sales sometimes too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from their website. Paid for 4-10 day shipping. Well, about 3 weeks went by and nothing. They said they had "interal system errors" and would send it out right away. Another week goes by and the person who responded to me says my item was in backorder, and someone should have contacted me.
Terrible service, overpriced compared to other places, and they just leave you hanging unless you go to them and demand answers.
Next time, just use Amazon if you want results and accuracy.

- I received warm insulin shipped to a pharmacy, not my house. -
I ordered insulin to my home, but it was delivered to a pharmacy 1km away defeating the purpose of ordering from them. When I picked it up it was in a box, warm and unrefrigerated.
I called to ask for new insulin, they tell me a nurse will call me to resolve this. The nurse did not call.
A week later I call back asking for a refund, they tell me to return the product and they will send a shipping label. They do not send a shipping label.
I call today, they acknowledge not sending the shipping label and tell me again they will send a shipping label. I am uncertain.
3 calls, 30 days, no solution, 30 minutes on hold.
While I love the concept of this business and the potential benefit it could offer, at this time I urge you to use a more reliable pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL! NOT DIABETIC PATIENT FRIENDLY!! This place is NOT interested in health or care, it’s only your $$$! The lack of compassion, knowledge and general CUSTOMER SERVICE is lost upon these people. They over take orders just to make more profit yet can not fulfill the orders leaving people waiting hours if you’re lucky and weeks to NOT AT ALL for life saving and dependent medical items. They are full of excuses often blaming YOU for Their poor management, miscommunications and again general lack of care for their very own customers!! I hate to even have to say how you can hear them speak rudely about the previous customers just there and loudly speak about your details keeping your privacy and security details at great risk! If you can find a place that values YOU, your condition and needs especially like DIABETES SUPPLIES, please take your business and body their. This place does NOT have your beat interests at heart and seems like they don’t even care if you know they don’t care about you :( Boooooo to poor customer service in a field SPECIALIZING in HEALTHcare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One year of orders and then owner erroniously charged me hundreds for an order typically covered by my insurance with no apology no reversal off charges or credit to my account. Her excuse was they had no accountant who could look after this type of entry. Much time and frustration to explain basic accounting principals to a business owner and still end with my financial loss and her loss of a lot more than few hundred.
