W	Wei Jiang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who got tricked by Google Maps into driving to this nonexistent place: the actual pharmacy is at Skymark Place, northeast of Don Mills/Finch, NOT ANYWHERE NEAR CLIFFWOOD PLAZA. Saw at least five cars making U-turns near this intersection last week. Google keeps rejecting my edit for some reason.
A	Azar Ayati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very horrible experience today (June 6, 2020) around 1:30 pm at the Don Mills and Finch location. I'm an immigrant senior citizen and I was insulted by a cashier. This person did something to my bill without asking me for permission first. I was confused and wanted an explanation, but instead I was insulted and mocked, and the person denied that he did not ask my permission. After arguing with me, this person then walked away from me. I told this person to learn customer service, and the response was "you need to learn how to speak." I then said you are very rude and the response to that was "good to know". I then asked for the employee's name but he tried to give me the wrong name and also tried to hide his nametag while stating "you don't know how to read my name?" I then said that I will report this and was told "good for you" while clapping mockingly. I was deeply disappointed and left.
L	Luana Melo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good drugstore, well located with lots of parking spot. The staff is friendly and the pharmacist is competent and attentive. They answer the phone quickly and provide information needed.

I	Iqbal Merchant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never go back in. Chemist is the most laziest and unprofessional lady I have ever seen . I went there on 8th Oct 2021 at 8 pm but had to wait for 60 mins until chemist who was being a information center for chinese family since she was trying to make them feel like home and here I was holding my sick child waiting for medicine. Worst experience!!
A	Alex Fang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for some advice for medication because I have a boxing injury. My hand is currently swollen and starting to change color. The pharmacist acknowledged this. She told me that the doctor there is busy and not available. I informed her that I could wait and asked when the doctor would be available. She didn't acknowledge the question and instead walks away. After 15 - 20 mins, she loudly proclaims to the store I thought that I told him that the doctor is busy. I'm going to the hospital later. For the Karen pharmacist's knowledge. swollen wound's can sometimes lead to amputation. If you don't want to care for others don't take the job.
M	Megan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely uncomfortable experience at this location. Upon entering the store I immediately encountered a woman who appeared to be a store manager, who was yelling and harshly arguing with cleaning staff. The woman was degrading the cleaners and belittling their work and the effort that goes into. The man who was representing the other cleaners spoke calmly and tried to respectfully explain the time and effort that it takes the clean the store. The manager somehow believed "I could do it in 5 minutes, I'll do it right now and prove it's easy work" when asked to prove it she didn't. My friend and I soon left the store due to how uncomfortable we were. Management should never create scenes like that in front of customers or talk to staff that way. Something should be done about that

It's not staff problem they are working really hard to serve people in store and answer them the phone. This is the management who do not have enough people working in pharmacy to meet customers needs.
