ALI's DRUG MART - Spruce Grove

Wow, wow, wow!!! This is the absolute best pharmacy in the city. The owner and his team are incredible.. they are professional and knowledgeable and truly take the time to make an effort to know their patients in order to provide the best care. They continuously go above and beyond. I moved my entire family to this pharmacy without hesitation even after being loyal to shoppers drug mart for 30 years!! Keep up the great work!!

The staff are friendly, but provided only 14 pills of a 40 count prescription on my first visit, and on my second visit, I was given the completely wrong medication. I spoke to the manager, Mohommad Ali, who was apologetic and advised he would try and source the correct medication, but didn't call as promised. Also... beware the anti-vaxxers: this place is always packed with those awaiting a rapid test. Not a large pharmacy, but they sure know how to pack people in. It is unfortunate that they've sacrificed attention to detail for profits. I'm not disregarding that many have had good interactions at this pharmacy, it simply wasn't my experience. *Edited to add my interaction with manager as well as final sentence. Also, I have changed my review to a one star, due to the owner calling into question my character rather than addressing my concerns in a professional matter. Response from the owner 19 hours ago Devon T, IF you have received any wrong dosage or medication it would’ve been wise for you to address the pharmacy manger. Here at Ali’s we hold ourselves accountable and we ensure to right any possible wrongs. The fact that instead, you decided the best course of action was to type up a 2 star review would naturally put in question the authenticity of the comments being made. Another thing, in the very same comment you decided to continue attacking the pharmacy and it’s reputation claiming that it’s an attraction to “anti-vaxxers” which may I say is irrelevant to the point you were initially trying to make. You claim the pharmacy pays no attention or care to it’s customers, I do not need to tell you otherwise, you need only look at the rest of the comments posted here. As for profit, we offer rapid testing at the cheapest price in town. We have been made aware that we can increase the price much like the other pharmacies have, we chose not to do that. So much for profitability…

Ali and his staff are nothing short of Amazing! I dont take a lot of medication and when I do I always ask a lot of questions and everyone is so patient with me , Always willing to help, go above and beyond, very kind, and friendly! Aslong as we live in spruce grove or in the area we will never ever go to any other pharmacy! If you get a chance to check out his pharmacy you will absolutely NOT regret it!!! ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ali’s is awesome!! Great customer service. Good prices. When you call you actually talk to a live person. They remember you after one visit. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Love going to get prescriptions filled now :). Highly, highly recommend. Cannot say enough good about Ali’s.
