★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ken Yeung was my real estate agent for a new development with a 2 years rental guarantee. After the deal closed, he stopped answering my messages and phone calls even though he was responsible for managing my tenant for the next two years.
He also refused to let me see my unit to identify any deficiency for my Tarion warranty form. I offered to give more than a week's notice however, he still rejected my request. A few months later, I came into contact with other owners in the development and they told me that Ken gave them their tenant's information after complaining and escalating the situation. This shows he is unprofessional, inconsistent and would only address a request when it is escalated.
When I met my tenant they told me they asked Ken for my contact information as well but Ken rejected their request.This did not make sense as both I and the tenant wanted to be in contact but he rejected both our requests. The tenant also stated that they told Ken that I can visit the unit any time to ensure the developers addressed any deficiencies in the new build. However, Ken did not tell me and repeatedly rejected my request to visit the unit.
Lastly, he would ignore my calls and messages and would only respond to my parents when they called. This is extremely unprofessional and a breach of his code of conduct as I am his client and I did not formally give him permission to discuss my case with anyone else.
I would not recommend Ken to anyone as he is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive after he gets his commission.

The location are great and close to our kid's school, our kid enjoy to live there. Ken is a very professional real estate agent. I will recommended him to become your real estate agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached Ken many years ago to consult about investing in the real estate market. I was in very doubt about the market back then but Ken took his time and he explained to me all the pros and cons of investing in different kinds of properties. He then brought me to varies site visits and showed me around the neighborhood. He was very knowledgeable and treated me with respect, I ended up signing a preconstruction with him and let him take care of the rental business after it is built. This past year I have been enjoying this passive rental income and the value of the property has also raised.
Overall I am very happy with my investment and thanks to Ken's team professional, seamless services, 10/10 sure the real deal in town!
