My friend referred my husband I to Sherry/Ryan after we unexpectedly bought a new build just before Christmas 2020. My friend just happened to sell his house with the help of Sherry and Ryan in Nov 2020, in which they were able to sell their house 20% over-asking. So I was like, why not give them a call and get a consultation when to sell my house(3 years old) since it is still 1 year away from closing?? My first call with Sherry/Ryan was on Dec 21 2020 and immediately, they were able to reschedule their other appointments to squeeze us in just before Christmas. During my consultation with them, they provided me with their opinions with the current market trend, the traffic, the buyers' behaviours and the surrounding competitors. We told Sherry/Ryan that we can sell anytime because we can always move back to my in laws as long as the selling price is ideal and that we can save on the carrying costs. They gave us some opinions on what we needed to do to our house in order to attract more buyers. The only thing we needed to do was to paint the house. Sherry/Ryan called their contact and had my house painted just before the lockdown on Dec 26. During this time, Sherry and Ryan continue to drive all the way up to East Gwillimbury to check on the progress, while meeting up with their clients in the other parts of the GTA which I would never ever thought they would’ve done. We continue to communicate via text messages and Sherry would follow up with me with the market trends and what she thinks when it’s a good time to list. She will never leave you hanging thinking “Has she forgotten about me??” as she is very responsive and proactive to her text messages. Finally the time has come. Sherry called the stagers and staged my house and got marketing and advertisement done in a matter of 3 days and made sure our house is listed on the following day. Like seriously we were having a conversation until 2am that morning. Sherry also made sure that everyone coming into our house follows the COVID protocols. In the end, we sold our house almost 20% over asking, that is, we listed our house based on the avg sold prices within weeks prior and I would never thought Sherry and Ryan can attract 18 offers and able to sell my house for almost 20% over asking in just 4 days!!!! It is also a record breaking sold price in my area. Trust their abilities and expertise, you will not be disappointed. ?

First of all let me tell you that Ryan is a very very good Realtor but to me more importantly he is such a nice and warm human being. He got us our first rented condo and then next helped us in finding our dream house. When my wife landed here in Toronto over two year back now, she knew absolutely no one, and it was dab smack in the middle of Canadian winter, which in itself is an overwhelming experience for an Indian, on top of it she had the daunting task of finding a decent place to live in a week, which did not break bank and at the same time provided some room for two year old son. Ryan helped her a lot, he drove her around and understood what sort of a place she was looking for and what will fit in our budget. He advised her like a friend and found us our own cozy spot in Toronto which met all our needs. Fast forward two years, we started to think of buying a place of our own and as is the case, you will find many well-wishers introducing you to many many many realtors and we did meet many of them, but it never worked for me. I don’t like being pushed to do something. And in most of the cases that was what happening. All the realtors that we met were like we should start looking, we will manage finances, we can use line of credit, or let’s buy something small first and upgrade in couple of years.. if you don’t buy now you are not building your equity.. blah blah blah. Some began hounding us to start looking without considering what we wanted and i dont like that a bit. Enter Ryan, I remembered how nice he was while getting us the condo so we just gave him a call and set this expectation that we are thinking about buying, doesn’t mean we will buy something immediately and keeping that in mind can we discuss. He met us for the first time in April 21, and gave us our first lesson in home buying and from then did not bother us till we gave him the green light that we are ready to look for places in November. He ensured that we are looking for places which met our needs and are within our budget.. he gave crucial advice and acted more like a good friend than a realtor. I know this is a long write up, but that is the way i feel, i am extremely grateful to Ryan and the way so far he has treated us even after buying the house. Ryan has been working as my agent since 2020. Again in Feb. 2022 Ryan assisted me to lease 2 of my condo suites. He has worked very efficiently and got me tenants very quickly. He did take care of all lease details and left me a peace of mind when dealing with the tenants. Ryan did a great job and i would strongly recommend him to whoever that are looking to buy or lease out their properties.
