Just bought my dream house at dream location in this crazy market !! Not writing this review to praise Reza, just sharing my experience. This is my second property that I have bought with Reza. He is not interested in just making sales but to deliver value to his clients and to build long term relationships. I remember few occasions, despite of me pushing, he stopped me from making bad investments… he could have easily sold me those and made profits. Yes, I had to go little over my originally planned budget in this insane market to secure this one, however as per recent solds in my neighbourhood, my property went up about 10% before closing :) Some of his skill sets : 1. Great negotiator you want to be on your side… he will always try that his client’s don’t overpay while buying and get most possible while selling. 2. One stop solution: He has a great team working for him including one of the best agents and mortgage brokers.. I would give credit to one of his mortgage contact for being available for me during offer presentation to advice how high I can go safely.. and getting it approved after my offer got accepted. 3. Thanks to his construction background, he can spot key architectural aspect of the property.. very helpful in this market where not everyone is fortunate get chance to view inspection report. 4. Always accessible through calls, texts, emails.. helps you shortlist good investments… he spent several hours on same day for viewing multiple properties and resolve our queries, without rushing us to just buy anything. I believe if you are with him for property sale/purchase, you are in the safe hands !
