β β β β β A guy named Jimmy runs this joint. He's known for Mazdas but lots of people go to him with different makes and models. He's often busy when I drop by this shop. I had him do an engine swap for me. Like everything else he does, the price was great but he didn't meet the agreed upon deadline. Since the prices are good though I'd still go back.

β β β β β My first experience with Street Performance and it was the absolute best. Jimmy is probably the most honest mechanic you will deal with. His pricing is very fair and wont make your faint when you see it. I wish I did my engine swap with him instead of the stealership. He told me how to tackle each small issue that had with my Mazdaspeed 6. If you have a mazdaspeed Jimmy is your guy for maintenance. He knows how to handle which ever car it is with care and he does a respectable job. Jimmy you are the man if you get a chance to read this!

β β β β β Jimmy is great! I was helping my mom shop for a new car after she lost her old one in an accident. (She was rear-ended by a pickup truck.) My mom doesn't speak English, so she needed help and people she could trust.
On short notice (same day), Jimmy agreed to do a used car inspection on a car we were test driving. He quickly discovered everything wrong and took time to explain all the issues and help us decide if the car was still worth buying. No pressuring or suggesting. Just told it as it is. We took his list of complaints to the dealership and they gave us a better deal. We bought the car and brought it straight to him. He is thorough and doesn't rush things. He even noticed that one of the wiper blades was falling apart (which should not have passed the safety test at the dealership).
I highly recommend Jimmy. His prices are more than reasonable, he pays great attention to detail, and simply does good honest work.

β β β β β Jimmy has been my go to mechanic for years for my vehicles, Mazda, Honda, Kia, Ford and Chevy. Jimmy can work on them all, Fair pricing and honest, you cant really ask for more. Quality workmanship. Yes it can be hard to reach him sometimes because of how busy he is but just keep trying!!!

β β β β β A friend recommended this place to me . I drop of my car for body repair after a accident. The work take about 2 weeks . Before I drop off I take a photo of my ODO . After the repair done . I see they drove my car 80 km until the low fuel light turned on . I talked to the guy in the office he said they move in and out so will put on some kilometres. What a excuse to drive my car around for 2 weeks . Highly NOT recommend if you need to leave your car overnight with this shop .
