โ โ โ โ โ I have been a client for over five years for my e93 after being recommended to Bavarian Motors/Bimmex by another client. David L at the shop is very knowledgable (he is also a BMW enthusiast), accommodating and spends the time to go through details with you โ explaining what needs attention, what repairs can be put off for the future and what is not worth repairing. I feel like I am enabled to make an informed decision on the services and repairs for my baby. Other pluses include complimentary wifi in the waiting area and proximity to an awesome Japanese restaurant (great excuse to have lunch there while you wait). I highly recommend Bavarian Motors in Markham for BMW owners.

โ โ โ โ โ They do a good job, one star for their dishonesty though. This is the second time.
I had oil in coolant and their diagnostic was a blown head gasket and/or cracked head! Despite they mentioned this is one of the best BMW's engine and this incident is really unlikely!
I was thinking of replacing the engine as it has high mileage on it, but they kind of insisted on repairing it!
This raised the flag so I took it to another shop and it turned out to be a leak from oil cooler into radiator. Got fixed with a fraction of the price and time.

โ โ โ โ โ Was recommended to this shop by Steelcase tires...i never would have found this gem on my own! Steve was great to deal with and these guys know their stuff (there is even a built up race car on display). Got my brake work done for a reasonable price with German parts and so far, the car runs smoothly. Will be heading to this shop for all my BMW needs...and i'll be telling all my bimmer buddies about them as well. Thanks for being honest mechanics!

โ โ โ โ โ Very impressive work! Online booking with prompt response to confirm appointment. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m., and the customer service manager David was there at 7:45 a.m. to take care of me. After doing a 50-point courtesy free inspection of the car, a link was provided for the customer to see things that were needed to be done. Service manager provided me with clear and concise explanation of the work. Technician Valentin also took the time to offer me some insight of the vehicle. Price was reasonable and the work was completed timely, and the work was of high quality. If you own a BMW and needs to be serviced, you owe it to yourself not to try this shop.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been to this place twice and have had an amazing experience both times! The staff at the front desk are extremely nice and were very good at explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and how they suggested it be repaired (great for me because I know very little about cars!). My car ran so well both times after picking it up and I will definitely be going back :)
