I have only had my car serviced here once before for winter tires and oil changed. Today, got into an accident (never been in one before this) Jimmy is and was my guardian angel. Note: Iβve only met them once before today and they treated me like family. Most outstanding service Iβve ever received. Especially, during an extremely traumatic experience.
If you are looking for someone, hands down go to tee jays. Your vehicle is in good hands.

β β β β β Been coming to these for the last 15 years. Both Jim & Tom are great to deal with. Not only do they take the trouble of making sure the problem is fixed, but their rates are fantastic. When it comes to quotes, Canadian Tire & regular car dealership mechanics will make it sound like every issue is urgent, but Teejays has always provided a fair and honest assessment.
Yes, they're busy, but that's what happens when you do good and honest work. Call them a week in advance and be prepared to wait for ~1.5 to 2 hours (I always walk over to the Timmy's that's not too far and get my work done there).
No reason to switch and I'll be a lifelong customer.

β β β β β I've been having problems with my truck for over a week me tinned it to my co worker and he recommended Tee Jays, said he's been going the forever. Went in and no I can see why he continues to go back, great service, nice people and quality work. Brought my truck in at 9am and had it back by 1pm, dosnt get much better then that? thanks Tee Jay's, I will be back

β β β β β I have been going to Tee Jay's for some time now, and I continue to go there because I simply trust these guys. I have never had continued issues after visiting, and they seem to just get it right the first time. They are honest and I respect that. I would highly recommend.

β β β β β I appreciate the service that Tom at Tee Jay's Automotive provided. I have some clicking sounds when pressing on my car brakes, so I told Tom about it after i had my winter tires changed at his shop. He said he'll take a look at it. In the end, he couldn't solve the problem but he also didn't charge me for looking into the problem.

β β β β β This place is horrible. I bought rotors and break pads from Mercedes and brought to this garage to replace and I honestly think they kept my Mercedes parts and put on after market parts on my car. I immediately noticed a rattling noise but waited until spring to address the noise with my tire change to summer tires. They kept saying they found what the issue was. I would pay to replace the part they said was the cause of the noise but nothing fixed the noise. Then they would say that part needed changing anyway. 4 trips and over $4000 later in unneeded repairs I went to another mechanic that said I had cheap after market break pads on so he replaced rear pads and that fixed the problem. I recently went back to discuss and change my front break pads and was told to come back in 30min after he finished work on a car already there. I did but the mechanic agreed to work on another car before I returned and asked me to wait again. I said no thank you and left. I never leave negative reviews like this but this place just sucks. My new mechanic is Mauricios Auto Repair 100 Union St. Honest and reputable mechanic. Wish I new him before I wasted money at Tee jay's auto.
