The way this gym is designed is above anything in GTA by far.
Everything is clean
Totally Brand new
And let me not get started with the amazing lighting they have in this gym ( if you enjoy taking photos in the gym , this gym is a most see)

Special shout-out to Farhad (Founder) for being a very knowledgeable trainer knowing his stuff inside out!

β β β β β Relatively small for a gym but itβs got a decent selection of equipment and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
If you live in the area and are looking for a privately owned gym itβs worth checking out.

Staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Facility is always clean and has many COVID prevention protocols in place.
Variety of equipment (weight lifting machines, cardio machines, free weights, circuit type).
Affordable monthly rates for membership and / or personal training (with written plans for both diet and exercise) - no contract.
Nice interior design and lighting.
Lots of free parking.
Open all day everyday.
