His team partner, Ryan, is excellent in explaining the full details of the car to me on the pick up date. Hani is also very patience in helping me finalize the lease payment on pick up date. She was a Saint to deal with and was so patient with me when it came down to all my questions, explaining things to me and making arrangements to accommodate me (being 3+ hrs away) Everyone I've met or dealt with on the phone or in person were all so kind. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience from beginning to end from Ben Hui and the Dilawri Mobile team. Ben made the process super easy and was always there to answer any questions to add or take away anything and re-calculate quotes. As someone who used to work in the car business, I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond! I could tell his priority was to help me first and foremost. Not just to make another sale. He respected my time and I actually only had to visit the dealer once during the whole process and that was to pick up the car! That’s a great change from the typical buying process at most dealerships. From there, Candy, the business manager was super communicative and quick with responses and answers. She did an amazing job as well. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy a car. Great thing is he can sell multiple brands and really help you find the best car for you! Ben is a definite asset to the Dilawri team.
