P	P C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife ordered a pair of shoes online. Never arrived. Sporting Life blaming FedEx and vice versa. Horrible customer service, no resolution offered. Out $120, will never place order from site again. Usually spend quite a bit in store every year, but after this experience, definately lost a loyal customer for life.
S	Shannon Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was excellent! I was trying to track down a Canada Goose Jacket and the sales rep Zara was so helpful and pleasant on the phone. When I got to the store an hour later she even remembered my name. She knew the warmth rating between two jackets I was interested in, and she was clear about the return and exchange policy. It was a Sunday so there were a lot of ppl in the store, she offered to grab all jackets for me to try on away from the crowds of people.

But luckily I got some help from Ashley-Ann in the footwear section and she is amazing. I don't know what I'd do without her honestly. She was was quick and very respectful. Customer Service from her was 100%
R	Rayyan Khokhar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my bike for repair for the first time, I just wanted to get a bottom bracket installed, and it was the worst experience. When I picked it up, I saw one of the teeth in my crank set was broken and also the bottom bracket was making squeaking noise. I went back to show them the broken piece. They told me to prove that it wasn't broken from before. And I wasn't able to because I didn't take any pictures before dropping it off. I felt like they would be professional and I could trust them. But unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I am definitely never returning to this store, especially not for a bike repair and I absolutely don't recommend getting your bike repaired from them either.

However, the manager Jason was making me feel uncomfortable, watching me and talking to me for too long. Bought a pair of gloves that were supposed to keep me warm per sales associates, but it did not keep me warm at all. On the service side, Ayan was very helpful finding a sweater in the back for me.
