She wouldnt check it and said no its not on the wall we dont have it. I called other footlockers and it said you guys did thats why i wanted you guys to check the product code.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Employees are useless. Stringent on their return policy. If you're going to return shoes, make sure you clean them first or else they won't accept it. Total waste of my time and money. Will never shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking in the foot locker store in Markville mall. Let me tell you, first thing when a customer comes in the store. You guys need to greet them and also please smile when you see a customer walking in the store . And also ask a customer if there anything I can help you with.its really not that hard..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ trash service. had these slides shipped and was a little too big and so i decided to go in and exchange them for a smaller size. it was a little dirty but i told them i didn't wear them but they still said that they couldn't exchange them. i told them it was probably from customers that tried it in the store because it honestly wasn't that dirty. they still rejected my request. i went home, took a wet towel and wiped it a couple times. it looks brand new. if you can't see the picture, click my profile. what a waste of my time. employees are useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m actually very disheartened to hear about my friend’s experience at this store. Particularly, this employee Nathan behaved very rudely and discriminated against my friend. We would like this matter escalated as quickly as possibly and looking at the other reviews, this is not an isolated event, rather it seems to be company culture to be racist. Please educate your employees on common decency.
