★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trade Secrets Markville was so disappointing. When I first went into the store it felt like it was closing down. There was only one staff, yhe lights in the salon part of the store were turned off and the shelves were sparce. The store employee was busy doing threading on one customer in the back and when she acknowledged me she still had the thread hanging from her mouth. Needlessly, after standing waiting to pay for about 10 minutes for a 3 bottles of nail polish, I just left. Not the best customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They give un even hair cuts both times I’ve went to them, but they do eyebrows very well. Wouldn’t recommend going for a haircut. The staff is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for an updo a week before. When we got there, their hair stylist called in sick and the person covering did not know how to do the specific updo we wanted. All they could do was apologise and we had to look for another place, which made us late for other appointments!!
They should have given us a courtesy call to advise.
The lady before us wasn't very happy with her daughter curls but ended up paying.
Will never book with them again.
Horrible way to treat customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for any eyelash tint Saturday. They only tinted the top ones, and a small patch of my left lower eye. When I went back, they told me next time I should specifically ask to have the lower ones done. Never had this experience at any other salon. At least they fixed it. Won't be a next time.

My brow! I promised myself I would never go back. That was until a friend told me there was another girl who was absolutely amazing. I was nervous to go but trusted my friend because his brows are amazing and I always struggle with trying to grow mine out and maintain nice shape. Anyways, long story short, MARY did a great job and if I could I'd give her 100 stars! Definitely go to her because she knows what she's doing. She also gave me advice on how to shape my brows/how to grow them out. She's awesome. Once again, ask for MARY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my hair highlights and trimming done from Janki yesterday and I have to say she was wonderful! She worked through my hair with extra care and finesse. The result came out to be exactly what I asked for! I would recommend her to anyone who’s going in for a hair makeover!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly, super detailed-oriented. I got my hair cut and dyed here. I had green hair and Janki turned it brown by properly colour correcting it. She also does eyebrow threading. Loved the results.
