I'm not sure what was wrong with the cashier that I interacted with, maybe she had a bad day or something? Either way, my interaction with her was probably the worst customer service I've ever had. I wanted to return this head massager and I did prematurely throw out the box it came with (that's on me and I admit that's my fault), but right after I told her that I wanted to return it she straight up said "Wow that's so annoying". I was so confused and for a minute I thought she was talking about something else, because there's no way she said that to a customer?? She then asked what my email was but I didn't hear what she said since there was a lot of chatter around us. So I said "Sorry?" and she very aggressively told me that I had multiple emails under my phone number. She told my boyfriend who was behind me that this was unacceptable and I just?? Why are you telling him that like he's my guardian?? Kinda weird...All throughout the interaction I was calm, never raised my voice and was very understanding, so I really don't understand why she was so rude to me the whole time... The return policy says items can be returned if it's new/gently used, I've only ever used the head massager once and although it wasn't in the original box (again I admit that that's on me for throwing it out prematurely), the head massager was in perfect condition and doesn't even look like it was used. I'm not sure if this helps identify her but Auth#04619Z Sequence+Reference#139 Date 12/04/21 Time 16:51:48. I'm not trying to get her fired or anything but maybe the manager can let her know that that's not how you should interact with customers?? Especially if they were cooperative and had done nothing to deserve such malicious behavior.

Kayla at the Markville Mall location was amazing! She really knows what she is talking about, she recommended a product and I was very impressed. I will definatley look for her the next time I'm in store for more of her insight and assistance.

Pretty small sephora with limited selection. Slightly dark inside and with selections limited not very impressive to shop. Also tends to be very busy most times, so can feel slightly claustrophobic. Hard to find the cash to check out and always a line up to purchase so expect to wait. Better off shopping online

I went in to exchange a foundation I ordered online during the VIB sale for a different shade. The cashier (I believe her name was Sonia) provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the get go, she asked If I had gotten a colour match by one of their associates. I said no and she persistently asked why. I didn’t feel the need to explain my reasonings for not getting a colour match but she was so adamant on finding out why and was extremely rude about it. She would only stop asking when I finally said β€œcolour matching isn’t always correct, sometimes foundation can oxidize or the lighting in stores might not be accurate”. She even said: β€œso you’re not going to come back and return this new one right?” with a judgemental attitude - insinuating that she had a problem if I were to exchange it again (which i don’t believe goes against the company return policy). When she finally would scan the new foundation I was exchanging for, she made a condescending comment saying β€œyou’re going from a shade 8 to a shade 3?”. I felt extremely belittled and even when I said β€œI don’t understand why you’re being so rude about this”, she did not once apologize at all even though she could tell I was visibly upset and continued to deny that she was being rude . I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was spoken to and treated at this store. I’ve never had a problem with anyone at this location before but this was the worst experience ever. A customer does not have an obligation to explain why they chose or chose not to take up one of their services and this should be respected.

I went to this location to exchange an Urban Decay setting spray that I ordered online. The bottle was broken and leaked inside the box. The store rep gave me this impression that I emptied the bottle and now returning it dispute seeing the boxes being soaked too. She kept asking in disbelief if I received it like that!!!! I am a Rouge customer and spend good amount of money on skin Care and make up at Sephora. This product was only $22 and obviously did not worth the time compare to hundreds of dollars that I spend at Sephora. To Sephora's upper management: you need to work on your customer service. This is not the first store I noticed nasty behavior. Your reps pick and choose the kind of people they like to respect. If you know what it means!!

Best Sephora I have been to. I was immediately greeted by a wonderful associate named Carly. I asked her recommendations about skin care and cosmetic products and she was patient and kind while while explaining me about different products. Usually I find Sephora employees a bit snobby but Carly was wonderful. Even the manager was really nice

Excellent customer service, Eric and Samia very very helpful and knowledgeable. When the line at registers grew long, manager was quick to open another register. Will definitely shop here again not just because products are good but also good customer service which is very rare these days.

I visited this location on May 9/22 and Lauren was the best. It was busy around the time I went and there was only 1 cashier. She hopped on to help me return a foundation that I bought online and gave me a refund. I wanted to buy the same foundation again but the correct colour, Lauren told me someone will be there to help me. Less than 2 minutes, Lauren came back to me and she said she'll help me find the right colour, which she did. I finished work and wanted a quick in and out of Sephora and Lauren made that happen. Thanks!
