There are many low-cost items you can buy at Miniso. Many items are electronics, clothing, beauty items, food, toys, and much more. It can be a little crowded sometimes. There are also no returns or exchanges which is not great especially with electronics. This store is about the same size as most other Miniso's in Ontario.

Food, toys, kitchenware, clothing, make up, purses, hats. Quite a large selection.
I agree that some items are made cheaply but I mean if you don't want to spend a large amount for a really "high quality item" of what you're looking for and came to a discounted place then you get what you get because it looks cheap to you then you don't have to buy it just get the expensive one.
I couldn't give more stars because everytime I ask the employees if they have MORE of an item they just straight up say no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The logo and the products all look like cheap copies of well known brands like apple and uniqlo. The place is quite busy but my problem is I bought a brush and a little ready lamp and both broke within a week. I understand they have written no refunds or exchanges but isnt that against consumer rights. We are paying for an item it should work for at least a duration of time that makes it worth the money. Not less than a couple of times of using it. I think it's a dollar store with lower quality items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is pretty nice. A variety of items with nice packaging. The quality seems to be good and the price is affordable. There are many headsets, speakers, facial masks, eyeliners, plush toys to choose from. The store is not big in size, but it is very organized. One thing to mention is the store logo. It looks very similar to Uniqlo and it is quite confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought this hat 5 minutes ago from the store, left the store seeing that the hat was damaged, went back to the store and asked if we can exchange for the same product. It was refused by the store rep name Jacob. I’ve explained to him that it doesn’t make sense as it’s a clear manufacture defect. I have asked to speak with the store manager and he tells me he is the supervisor. I’ve then asked for a way to complain, and he just gives me the customer service e-mail. I find this very unprofessional. I am definitely not coming back. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some really cool items in this store. Stuff for kids and people of all ages. Decently priced as well. Lots of little trinkets, toys, organizers, Marvel themed stuff. Very Asian feel to it... But everything is labeled in English. Great place for gift ideas.
