★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here! High pressure sales tactics... They initially claimed they did not have my size in the color I wanted. Then they said it was on the mannequin and that they would only take it off and let me try it IF I PROMISE TO BUY IT. What the heck? How can I promise to buy, and how can you ever ask a customer something like that.
Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went suit shopping at many different places and when we came across Stars it was a done deal. Cuong, The manager helped us right away. He was able to spot my fiancé‘s size from across the store. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable in all of the products, he was very helpful, polite and encouraging. Because of Cuong our suit shopping experience was amazing.

This recent visit I needed to by 4 suits and Syed showed me every style that I was interested in. He honestly is an amazing staff member to work with. I really recommend getting suits from stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuong was absolutely amazing! He helped my fiancé find the perfect suit and made him feel comfortable. He didn’t pressure him into anything, but rather followed his lead. Very knowledgeable. You can see he’s been doing this for a long time. Truly his calling!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best shopping experience I think I have ever had. I walked into the store and was warmly greeted by the manager Mr. Cuong Tran.
Now lets be honest with Covid many of us have gained a few pounds, some of us a few more than that and now are a wee bit self conscious about clothes shopping. I met Cuong who asked some questions and found me the suits I wanted in my size and never once made me feel self conscious.
In a time where we are all in a hurry and technology rules our lives going into Stars today and meeting Cuong was a breath of fresh air.
This gentleman not only knows his products but he knows how to treat a customer. From the friendly warm welcome to the choosing of the garments to the adjustments his service and advice was second to none. Even when other customers were coming in Cuong asked them if they could come back in 15 minutes. It seemed to me that he was in high demand and based on how he was treating me I am not surprised.
Cuong even set a time with me to pick up my suits so that he could personally be there to make sure that everything was going to be all right with the alterations. TALK ABOUT SERVICE
I have been to many suit stores throughout my life such as Moore's, Tip Top, Harry Rosen but I can honestly say that this is the first time I have ever walked out of a store feeling like a million bucks because of the service I received.
Coung, I cannot THANK YOU for your exceptional service today....I promise I will lay off the cake (LOL)

He helped give me good recommendations as I already had a shirt and suit for prom but also gave me his real opinion and point blank told me what would not work with my suit colour. Thanks stars markville and thank you Timothy (that was the sales associate's name on the receipt) for your great help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. Has over 30 years of experience and it shows when working with him. We came at the last minute while the store was closing and he was able to get me fit and with the right suit. He also got it tailored in 2 DAYS so I can have it for the wedding. Really appreciate his kindness and support helping me look clean! This is the man you want to come too if you need a suit and help with what will look good on you!
