★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees promises to give an extra "gift" if I buy a certain amount, after i pay, they then tell me they cannot as a part of the policy. If you can't do it, don't say it and then tell your customer you can't do it / insinuate that you didn't say it to my face. Such liars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Canadian stores don't carry many of the popular products that Aritaum in Korean is known for (such as the pore master primer). The associates weren't very knowledgeable about the company's products and were very generic about the products they carried in the store. I'm disappointed that the stores aren't what I thought they'd be. Better off buying their products online.

It was really find to find IOPE and Sulwasoo offline, as I'm not the best online shopper and I was really surprised when ran into their store here in Markville Mall. Purchased sulwasoo basic moisturizing kit, and got lots of extra samples, more than I expected honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most horrible experience just being there for 5 minutes. I came with my grandma, she was just rearranging her pastries in a bag at the front while I was looking at some makeup. I wasn’t even wearing a bag and was wearing some shorts and a tshirt. One employee that was older with short hair at the store and wearing a scarf kept staring and coming so close to both my grandma. Constantly staring less than half a meter away. I realized it might’ve looked weird for my grandma to just be doing something like that in the front of the store on a nearby table so I told her she could wait for me outside. I even told the employee it was just my grandma and her pastries. In the end, the employee did not leave her alone, nor did I. I left so furious. Never did I feel so weirded out and offended just browsing at a store. Idk if it was cause I have red hair and tattoos, but honestly, staring at me half a meter away is possible the worst thing.
