★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Osim through various reviews and words of mouth though the wait was a bit long. After we paid in full, there were no news for delivery for a good twelve days. However, I am glad UDream serves me well. The lady Stella Cia has been so caring and patient with me. Alongside Elaine took her initiative to check and returned my call too. The delivery guys were efficient and knew what they were doing. Overall, the customer service in the front line are good!

The sales person Anthony at Markville Mall his customer service is really outstanding. He spent time to go through all the features and details of each model with patience. I end up getting my 3rd one… uDream.
For sure you won’t be disappointed with their products and excellent customer service from Anthony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are contemplating buying an OSIM product, DONT! I was the 1st batch of buyers who pre-ordered a $9K uLove massage chair even before their Markville Mall opened. The rip along the roller track (see photo) is only a minor issue, relatively speaking. Less than 4 years into ownership, the uLove model literally stopped working, wouldn't even start with an error code 26. They told me it's the dead main circuit board. To have it replaced, I need to *prepay* a $160 service call charge before they would come and fix it. And they forewarned there could be other parts that need to be replaced. I'm the only one in the house who uses this and I am not heavyweight person at all. My other 15-year-old Panasonic Ultra is still going strong. Just don't say you haven't been warned!
