★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very helpful and the assistant manager is one gem of a person! The store does a wonderful job with their Covid protocols! Obviously don't need to talk about their products as they themselves do the talking haha. They had a limited time green tea and lily body shower (it was a green bottle) which i bought for my mom and she loved it. For men who suffer from dry skin - use the whitewater rush and forest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice store, so well stocked and a good layout which makes it easy to find what you want. Super friendly staff who have great product knowledge. Everyone is professional and friendly every time I go in. Even though we don't live in Markham I prefer to go to this particular store.

They were able to exchange a few items for me without a receipt and no questions asked, thank you!! Staff are so friendly and helpful and offer great advice. The more you shop, the more coupons you get for future purchases as well.
They also have a such a range of scents for candles and home fragrances and I love how they repackage things seasonally. They're always coming out with new, amazing scents as well. My recent favorite wall plug is the white tea & sage - so calm and refreshing and apparently used by the Four Seasons Spa.
I do wish soap refills were available here, by the bag, instead of purchasing individual bottles (I've only seen this in the states).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to this location. The sales associate who helped me was super helpful. WOW, she had so much patience with me with hand sanitizers. I forgot to ask her name. Hope her manager see this post and find out who she is.
Good hand sanitizers with aloe Vera so your hands won't be so dry .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $10 off 3 wick candles, there was a limited selection during the sale. Was looking for some old favorites, unable to find them. Candles were predominantly "vacation/beach/spring/fruit/flora" scented. Find these types too fregrent and unpleasant. Opted for Bergamot Waters and Palo Santo.
