★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this Shoe Company like the plague. They have easily the worst customer service online. To recap my experience: Ordered shoes online as in store shopping isn't available. About 10 days later the completely wrong shoes arrived. Customer service unapologetically says I need to print new receipt and drop off old shoes at a Purolator. I don't have a printer and the nearest Purolator is like 10km away. Customer service offers no coupon or compensation.
About 10 days later the right shoes arrive but this time with the shoplifting tag still attached. Customer service says I have to drive out of my region to go to a store so that I can remove said tag. Again compensation like a gift card and a total lack of empathy. The Shoe Company is easily the worst shoe company in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. The manager at the store was so rude and impatient. I asked her a question and she answered me with "YAYA". Didn't even say thank you and just left the cashier after the transaction. She was acting as if she didn't want to be there to work......
