It wasn't working initially due to system glitch. Anna had been very patient helping me out to get it resolved and refunded by working with the help desk over the phone. I was impressed with her professional attitude even though she had a cold and was not feeling well. 5 stars, period.

Good move! Markville Mall is closer to my work and just as nice only more quiet. Elisa was so helpful as my product has been revamped and she informed me she had some older stock that was on sale 40% off! So I zoomed up there to grab my two for one, and treated myself to a foundation brush to celebrate my savings. LOL She also told me you can return empties and they keep a tally for you! All my years using MAC and first time I heard this. She was so much fun, sweet, polite, professional and I felt very well informed and taken care of. Thank you again Elisa. It's worth the drive to deal with a professional such as yourself. I hope management appreciates you! I'll be back!
