★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased an Eddie Bauer bag several years ago with the assumption that I would have 100% warranty on the bag and be able to exchange it for another once it was worn out. However, due to a recent policy change, I was not able to exchange it or even get a store credit/discount. I have been a customer of Eddie Bauer for about 15+ years in addition to the backpack, but I felt I was not treated like one. I don't think I will be shopping at Eddier Bauer anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miss the good old days where all the staffs used to be super friendly and super helpful. All the workers from the ones on the floor to cashiers - they are not friendly at all. The Asian lady always look too busy to talk to you and when she did talk, she did it with a sarcasm tone. The cashier is rude and I do not know why Eddie Bauer never seem to care about customer service these days. It is truly sad ...

Eddie Bauer has a bunch of decent clothing. Not necessarily the best, but relatively good for what your paying for. The targeted market is more of the average consumer, not the wealthy and hence, you'll find the workmanship to be about that. There are some decent products there if you check carefully and the prices can be ok.
