Rude staff - rude manager - very judgmental . Very rude management-- I witnessed her treating a customer horribly while customers waiting for fitting room we were all waiting for her hanging a dress on a hanger ( customer comes first!!!) Made the customer so uncomfortable . Poor girl sounded like she was shopping for others she grabbed the merchandise out of her hand In a rude manner One lady left the fitting room and she asked the lady "where did you put the merchandise " The girl literally had to bring her to fitting room area and show them to her . Horrible !! She is not welcoming at all don't ever want to go back to that location She shouldnt be working in a clothing store. Wish I got her name ! ( the Asian manager is vey nice and welcoming but unfortunately my friends and I won't go back to that location because of the other lady ) Very rude - very judgmental poor customer service !

Went back in to return a dress and was interrogated by a sales rep. She asked me why. I said I didn’t like how it fit on me. She said β€œwell you probably don’t know how to wear it properly” I pressed for the return as it was only 24 hours since I bought the item, it was within refund policy. I was then reprimanded for using Apple Pay. I tried to explain the last 4 digits on the Apple Pay card is different than my actual card - I also showed her my Apple Card app with the 4 digits. She complained that I was making this more complicated and that she didn’t trust Apple Pay. I was patient until this moment - I got upset and then she finally gave me the refund. Unnecessary situation and unprofessional customer service. If you don’t know what to do when Apple Pay comes up then you need to consult your superior - do NOT argue with the customer. No exceptions.

Had a negative experience the other day. One of the managers, I think it was the Korean lady named Sarah, did not accept my return for pants even though it was within 30 days and I did not wear it! Thanks for wasting 80 bucks. Never coming here again. She asserted that I was lying that I did wear the pants. What the hell?? The tag and everything was still on. Never coming here again and you shouldn't either. Horrible customer experience!!

Nice clothes but their employees need to learn their return policy. I've had two cashiers argue with me when I tried to return something without a receipt even when I told them I was fine with store credit which is what their return policy states will happen based on the lowest price in the last two weeks. Then it came time to deal with the pants that had stitches that had failed. I had the pants for less than a month when they ripped. I had been emailing their customer service but I finally got fed up and called the customer service line. They told me to bring it in and see what the store could do. I had to alter the pants when I bought them which I don't mind doing. I'm short, I'll always have to hem pants. However I do expect clothing to last for more than a month! The manager exchanged the pants for a new pair. I told them I had had to alter the first pair and that I'd have to pay to alter these ones as well. He laughed and told to "take the leggings and try not to think about how unfair it is". I used to buy almost all my clothing at this store and I would buy my boyfriend presents from here often too. I highly doubt I'll ever spend another penny here after this experience. If you charge that much for clothing you should stand behind your product and offer your customers excellent customer service.

Standard selection of lounge and professional wear. Change rooms are clean and the staff were friendly. The staff seem to have a good banter going on though they're noticeably casual in front of customers (e.g. complaining they don't want to do a certain task)

I had a last minute emergency with one of their products the night before a wedding. With only fifteen minutes left until close, they were able to resolve the issue! They were so understanding and patient!! The staff here are my personal heroes and set a new golden standard for the best customer service I’ve ever had. Could not have had a better experience here. Will definitely be back!

I had to buy suits for my 2 sons, and Jay at the Markville location was amazing.. he went above and beyond to help us with sizes and sales and also after a week I went back with the receipts for price adjustments and coupon code that I had received on my email.. he helped me with all that. Great customer service. :-)
