Actually the worst Reitmans I’ve ever been to. Lazy staff. Only one girl on cash doing a lengthy return and the other woman was doing nothing except folding shirts. The customer in front of us was also doing a return. Either train the employees to be much much faster or get two cashiers for rushes. The locations in Stouffville and Scarborough Town Centre are so much better. They were also rather rude, customer service needs to be looked at.

I used to be a huge fan of Reitmans but one of their staff at Markville mall was soooooooo rude! My mum liked a jacket and was trying it on ( outside the fitting room) when one of the staff yelled at me " Is she taking it? Let her take it off! She can't try it on!" And ordered (yes, ordered. No please and no thank you) to place it in a box. We understand that do to Covid some shops don't allow trying clothes on the floor but a)their sales associate tells you that right when you walk in, b) they have signs hanging everywhere and c) (if you ignore the first two points) someone would approach you asking you in a respectful way not to try clothes expect in the fitting room. I have no idea how any shop would hire such a rude person! Bye Reitmens! No more shopping at any of your stores.

This place is a joke. Management team needs to be completely changed. We were waiting in line while a very long exchange took place, other staff member was standing behind the counter too, not doing ANYTHING. I asked her if she could help us cash out and she told me to wait my turn. I put my items down and asked for her name, which she wouldn't give me. I hope head office deals with her. She mockingly said "thank you so much" when we were leaving. So unprofessional.

Worst costumer service! I walked in this store carrying a shopping bag from another store. As soon as I stepped in, one of the two sales ladies yelled at me and said β€œwe are not accepting returns!”How did she know that I am there to return something??? So rude. They both laughed for no reason. No wonder why there were no customers in this store despite other stores were packed full of customers. You are not unique in what you carry. If you don’t treat your customers right, they will go and spend their money elsewhere.

. I walked into this store for a return, and they asked me the reason for my return. I told them I needed a medium size, and this is XXL. The lady on the counter started laughing for no reason and said that's a "huge" difference ( she was probably a manager or owner). I was looking for my husband in the store and the same lady out of nowhere came to me and told me to run outside, as my partner was outside. She then again started laughing. They were laughing for no reason. Why insult a customer? Markville shopping centre was so crowded on Saturday afternoon, and not even a single person was in this store (despite 60% off), and I know the exact reason. Improve or train your staff to not laugh at customers or pass any personal comments. I mean, why ? Better look at yourself first, before laughing or passing comments on customer. Despite number of negative reviews, no learning occurred. Pathetic staff, worse service.

I visited Dibya at Markville Mall to pick up my order today. She was very helpful both helping me place my order, since I don't normally shop online, and equally helpfully upon my arrival for pick up. Rarely have I received such good service in a retail store Thank you for a refreshingly great shopping experience

I would like to appreciate for the staff who helped me to get exchange with the different sizes of the 3 different blouses today during my lunch time at around 12:30pm. Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. She was so efficient, friendly and happy. It makes the whole process smooth and very clear of what I will be expecting next. I had an enjoyable experience during my visit. Thank you!
