I stopped by last-week to take a look at car seats and strollers. The staffs are professional, friendly and very helpful, she provided me with a lot of informations about travelling systems. Cute store with good selections of products.

Hostile Experience with main Staff named Ricky when trying to do an exchange. My husband and I drove all the way there from Mississauga to exchange $75 worth of items and buy an item for $400. But we ended up leaving furious with nothing from the store except with a store credit that we probably will never use because of the horrible experience we had there. My husband was a frustrated customer because Ricky was questioning our returns. It was a bath tub and a flower bath sponge, brand new that we got as a gift from our shower the week before. He was smelling the tub and asked why it was dirty. A tiny dirt at the bottom that could have easily been wiped off. Tags and stickers were still on the items with no scratches. He wasn’t even friendly and looked annoyed that we were returning the items. It was very rude that they didn’t even ask why or even explain what he was doing or anything. He was very rude about our returns and so my husband got upset and offended. Then Ricky got upset with my husband and thought he said something to him which he didn’t. All my husband said was you can smell it all you want but we didn’t use it. He walked from behind the register and went to my husband’s face like he was going to fight him and said what did you say to me! My husband lost it and I had to convince my husband to leave the store so nothing else would escalate. Him and Ricky exchanged some ugly words and I got my husband to leave because Ricky looked like he was going to fight him at the store. I really don’t think that’s how you treat a customer returning items and the employer did not know how to deal with upset customers and I think the hostility was unnecessary. Especially when he got out of the register and went up to my husbands face. He was the reason my husband got upset in the first place. This all took place in the store with the other female employee just watching and not really intervening or apologizing. And I was there in the middle of all this and very pregnant as well, so this has been a very stressful and dangerous situation for myself to be honest.

Their store policy is unreasonable. ALL items are final sale and no exchange, even fully packaged items. They cite that due to the pandemic this is their current store policy (as of September 2020). For reference I am a healthcare worker in an ICU so I am well versed in infection control practices and these policies are over the top and make absolutely no sense and are especially frustrating given that it is a children's store where buying the wrong size for your child happens a lot and to not even allow exchange, yet charge premium prices. I definitely will not shop here again and I doubt any parents after reading this would shop here either.

Ordered a stroller with them, I was a little hesitant to order something like a stroller from a store located in Toronto since Im in Vancouver. But all my fear was laid to rest. The way they handle my order was professional and fast. The customer service was nice and knowledgeable. Only took 5 business days to get my order from Markham without any issue. That is quite incredible for such large package, especially during this period of time. Would recommend!

If you buy anything online but they send you wrong products, you need pay for the shipping for the return.

Went there for the stroller and car seat. Small store but knowledgeable and friendly employees. Purchased the Nuna system from them after researching for a long time.

Very poor customer service. Nobody offered to help and it seemed like the staff avoided interreacting with any customers. Prices are inflated and there is just no value to be had at all.
