Why are you expanding your store at the Markville location when you are only going to fill it up with rude and judgmental store associates and managers. This is one of the worst location in terms of customer service - very judgmental and rude especially when you are doing returns. There is a reason why most people shop online for Aritzia (aside from the great UX on the website). Please work on your brick and mortar customer experience if you don't want to lose customers!!

I came to this location to return my pants because they were too small. They didn’t accept due to tags being taken off even though I still had them (I returned staff like this in the past). The lady said I can choose smth for the price of the pants within their store and said other locations might not be as accommodating. Went to Hillcrest, they didn’t ask any questions and offered to order and ship a bigger size for me. Seems like inconsistent return/exchange policy.

Worst Aritzia experience here. I frequently purchase from this brand but this specific location provided the worst customer service I experienced. I came to return an online purchase since the fitting wasn’t to my liking but they kept pushing for store credit rather just give me a refund even though I had the receipt and the tags were still on the pants.

I was at the Markville location today and the staff are phenomenal. Emma helped me browse and made some recos to try out some styles I never would have thought of- it was great shopping outside of my usual comfort zone. She was very friendly and attentive and helped me style some of the outfits. Great experience overall! Thank you!

Put me off today: 1. Returned online items in store (this location) and planned to shop more as usual. 2. Got humiliated by the staff for reattaching price tags. 3. Got complained to other staff loudly several times. 4. Taught what the price tags should be attached with plastic stripes by comparing my pinned price tags with other plastic striped ones. 5. Experienced her rolled eyes. 6. Experienced her annoyed body gestures. 7. Experienced weird sights from other clients. 8. Tried to cheer myself up to shop more but was way too sad and humiliated to buy anything. 9. Left the store with deep self doubt. 10. Cheered up a bit by a nice staff in Winners after walking out of there without buying anything. She said to me β€œ have a nice day”. Background 1. Bought $900+ but found 3 items too tight decided to return or exchange 2. Had returning experience in this location for several times 3. Never had price tag issues 4. Shopped more than return $ every single time before today Decision I’m done with Aritzia

Never has anything in stock and the employees are often rude. i always feel judged coming into the store by the employees unless i am purchasing something expensive which is what happened today. there needs to be a change of attitude of the employees.

I wanted to pick up a blazer that was sold out online and everywhere near downtown Toronto. I called to confirm if the item was still at the store and Maddie kindly offered to have it sent directly to me. Amazing customer service!

Great service and very quick exchange today at the Markville Store location. They were efficient and had strong working dynamics between team members at the store. Incredibly fast and they took the time to help me decide which jacket is best. Solid service. Fast turnaround time at the till and honestly very professionally run. Overall my first experience was solid. The purchase was for my wife’s jacket that I had to exchange of a size up. Was met with respect and treated amazing from beginning to end and my wife was very happy with what she got.
