★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird experience. Went in to check out the shop. One of the sales people pointed out my shoe was untied and proceeded to go down and tie it for me. I could tie my own shoe lace brother but I appreciate the gesture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 7 pairs of earrings online. When I went to pick up the customer service lady gave only 6. I went back to the store and informed her that 1 was missing. No apology! I was told that the entire order wasn’t here even though I was showing her an email that stated all 7 items ready for pickup. I told her to look at the back of the store and sure enough it was there. I understand that it was a complicated order and mistakes do get made. But I would have appreciated an apology and a smile instead of a raised eyebrow and a scowl. I am a paying customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered discounted shoes online with pick up from this store. When picking up shoes found a shoe defective. Ask store to do exchange. They didn't have in stock. So they offered to order from warehouse but ask to pay full price!! When I didn't agree and asked to return my online order, they directed me to another store location for exchange by checking inventory.
Went to other store. They didn't have it but asked again to go to another store. Went to third store. Same story...
Finally called customer service and asked for manager who promised to call back in 2 business days. Today is third day but no call...
